Installation & Care
Proper handling ensures the structural integrity and longevity of your modular builds:
- Installation Best Practice: As these are slide-in style nuts, they must be positioned within the rail before the end-caps or brackets are finalized. For post-assembly additions, consider our Hammer-Head T-nuts.
- Thread Maintenance: Ensure your fasteners are clean and free of debris before threading to prevent cross-threading in the steel nut.
- Torque Limits: While these square nuts provide superior grip, avoid over-tightening which can mar the internal surface of your aluminum extrusion.
- Shipping & Fulfillment: All hardware orders are hand-sorted and packaged at our facility in Marathon, Ontario, to ensure you receive the exact count and thread size for your project.
