All dnb3D products are manufactured and shipped directly from our hub in Marathon, Ontario. Our central location on the Trans-Canada Highway allows us to efficiently dispatch orders to every province in Canada and across the United States.
We operate on a Built-to-Order model. While we have a vast digital catalog of designs ready for production, most items are precision-cut and finished specifically for you once the order is placed. This ensures you receive a brand-new, high-quality piece rather than something that has been sitting in a warehouse.
Absolutely. Because we do all our CAD design and digital fabrication in-house, we can easily scale or modify our existing designs to fit your space. Whether it’s a specific dimension for a metal sign or a custom-engraved mahogany lid, we specialize in bespoke manufacturing.
Typically, our “Built-to-Order” items take 3 to 5 business days for fabrication. This allows for the laser/plasma cutting process, hand-finishing, and quality inspection. Once your item passes our final check, it is dispatched immediately.
Yes. dnb3D serves as a micro-factory for other businesses. We provide bulk 3D printing services, industrial laser cutting, and custom components for larger projects. If you have a professional project that requires precision manufacturing, contact us for a commercial quote.
