These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of www.dnb3d.ca (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by Mj’s Contracting LLC. This Site is an ecommerce website.
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
This Site, as well as our sister sites, dnb3d.com, dnbclub.ca and dnbclub.com is a ecommerce website. We offer additive manufacturing (3d Printing) as well as Computer-aided design (CAD) solutions and services to aid in the creation, modification, analysis, or optimization of 2D and 3D design, modelling and drafting to our clients.
In addition we offer our clients a wide range of CNC ( Computer Numerical Control) cutting and engraving services in the form of laser and/or plasma sources. We also provide the sales and services of 3D Printers, lasers and cnc machines parts and accessories as well as numerous physical and digital products produced from our available services.
When visitors leave comments via product reviews on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
All downloadable files on our site, whether ‘Free’ or ‘Paid’, are original designs and/or original reproductions. By downloading any of the products, you acknowledge that it is provided ‘as is’ and without warranty, and you assume full responsibility for its use. While we strive for accuracy, the content may contain errors or inaccuracies, and we are not liable for any damages arising from its use. This product is intended for personal use only and may not be reproduced or redistributed without explicit permission or consent.
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
We accept returns for defective or broken items within 30 days of receipt. Exclusions: Due to their nature, the following items are strictly non-refundable:
Custom & Personalized Goods: Any item laser-cut, 3D printed, or engraved with customer-specific names, dates, or designs.
Digital Products: Downloadable STL, DXF, or SVG files.
Hardware & Fasteners: Individual parts, nuts, bolts, and 3D printer components.
Refunds for Services
CAD and 3D design services are billed based on time and expertise; once a design has been delivered, the service fee is non-refundable.
Returns can be made in person at the following location(s): At our location or my courier.
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Pack your goods and attach the return label that was included in your package. Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $175 CAD (before taxes) across Canada. To ensure we can continue to provide this value while shipping from Northern Ontario, the following conditions apply:
Due to extreme weight or dimensions, the following products are excluded from our Free Shipping offer and will incur calculated freight charges at checkout:
Oversized Metal Works: Large-scale custom metal art or signage exceeding 48 inches in any dimension.
Heavy Fabrication: Firepits, industrial brackets, and heavy machinery parts exceeding 50 lbs (22.7 kg).
Bulk Wholesale Orders: Large volume orders of wood or acrylic blanks that require palletized shipping.
While we strive to reach every corner of Canada, certain ultra-remote locations (including parts of the Territories and “Air Stage” offices) may require a shipping surcharge. If your address falls into one of these zones, we will contact you with a shipping quote before processing your order.
Standard Items: Typically ship within 2–4 business days.
Custom Fabrication: Due to the design and production time in our Hub, custom laser and 3D-printed orders may take 7–14 business days to ship.
Tracking: All orders (except letter-mail eligible items) include a tracking number provided via email once the label is created.
We currently ship select products to the United States. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by customs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
Where the Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Mj’s Contracting LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Mj’s Contracting LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
