Installation & Care

Installation Guidelines
Steps-per-mm Update: Remember to update your printer firmware (Klipper/Marlin) settings when switching from 20T to 16T pulleys to maintain dimensional accuracy.

Shaft Mounting: Align one of the dual M3 set screws with the flat portion of your motor shaft. We recommend a drop of blue thread locker for high-acceleration “SpeedBenchy” builds.

Belt Path: Ensure the belt is centered on the pulley to avoid rubbing against the flanges, which can cause premature belt wear.

Maintenance
Debris Check: Occasionally inspect the tooth grooves for belt dust or debris buildup to ensure perfect engagement.

Cleaning: Use a dry, soft brush or compressed air. No lubrication is required for the pulley surface.
